Broadly speaking, there are two realms of existence. Namely; the material or physical realm, and the spiritual or invisible realm. Also, there are two sides to the spiritual realm: the realm of light and the realm of darkness. The spiritual realm controls the physical. Whatever happens in the natural or visible realm would have first taken place in the invisible realm of existence. With our five senses, we interact with the physical world, while, we make contact with the spiritual realm through faith.

For we walk by faith, not by sight.

2 Corn 5:7

For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.

Romans 12:3

This scripture indicates that every believer has been given a measure of faith by God. Then, the big question is “what is faith?” God is a Spirit; he cannot be seen with our physical eyes. He is the invisible and immortal One. Faith is the door-way to the invisible realm, and so, without it we cannot effectively navigate the spiritual realm. “For without faith, it is impossible to please God”

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Hebrews 11:1

Faith is the underlying principle of hope. Fundamentally, faith is belief and trust in God. A mere mental assent is not faith. Faith is stronger than mentally agreeing to the existence of something. Faith is much more than a strong opinion or belief because belief can change. On the other hand, faith is the absolute assurance that God is able to establish or perform what he has promised in His word. It is the complete trust in the invisible God and a deep conviction of the existence of the spiritual or invisible realm. Faith gives tangibility to hope. Hope is futuristic- a desire for something in the future; in contrast, faith says that the future is accessible now. Faith superimposes the spiritual realm over the material world. Faith is developed by what we hear. What we listen to shapes and molds us. Faith bridges the gap between your today and your tomorrow.

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Romans 10:17

How can faith enable us to overcome life-challenges? How can we fulfill our divine mandate through faith? How can faith help me overcome depression, anxiety, grief, or a strong pull toward suicide? Developing and nurturing faith is our responsibility. Our faith can actually depreciate in the Spirit. It can slip off. It is possible to lose grip on one’s faith.  This was why Jesus prayed for Peter that he would not lose his faith after the temptation. Jesus knew that humans are frail and are capable of losing a sense of direction or faith in the face of adversity. We can ask the Lord to increase our faith. For us to develop faith to overcome life issues, we must labor to internalize the word through confession and prayer.

Because we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen; for the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.

2 Cor 4:18

By faith he left Egypt, not being afraid of the anger of the king; for he endured as seeing him who is invisible.

Hebrews 11:27

Sadly, to humanity, reality means the visible realm. And so, we are locked to the material world -what we see, what we can feel, smell and taste have all blurred and limited our understanding of the meaning of life,  Thereby, rendering us incapable of touching the invisible or spiritual realm where God dwells.  The car we drive, the school we attend and etc have become our definition of reality of life.

The unseen realm cannot be seen with our physical eyes yet it exists. We are told in the above scripture not to focus on the physical or draw our inferences from it because it is a temporal and fading realm. God is eternal and so are we also.

There is a beautiful script written by God about you that you must locate. You are ancient like your heavenly Father. He has written scores of scrolls about you even before your physical birth to this world. The contents of these books are eternal. The onus is on you to find and acquaint yourself with this knowledge. Moses left Egypt unafraid because he had encountered the invisible one. Bear in mind, faith relates to the unseen realities. The Devil knows that humans are fixated with the physical and so he has craftily drawn a counter script for them, and that script is believable because, unfortunately, we have largely restricted our perception of reality to the natural existence.

To overcome issues of life, we must first overcome our focus and dependence on the physical. When you stop drawing inferences from the world and you disallow the world from defining your true identity, then, you begin to walk in the realm of dominion. When your world-view is no longer shaped by life obstacles and challenges; instead, by the efficacy of the infallible word of God, then, you are walking your way to victory.

The former account I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach.

Acts 1:1

It seemed good to me also, having had perfect understanding of all things from the very first, to write to you an orderly account, most excellent Theophilus.

Luke 1:3

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.

John 14:12

It is believed that the book of Acts was written by Luke, an apostle of Christ who was also a physician. He was an eye witness to the great things and miracles performed by Christ while on earth. Apostle Luke must have been present when Jesus made a promise to the believer saying that they will accomplish greater exploits than what He did while on earth.

THEOPHILUS means lover of God. In this account, Luke the Apostle was addressing lovers of God and not just a single person. Lovers of God are those who have been washed by the blood of the Lamb; those who are longing for his coming and are engaging the great commission. The lovers of God have been charged with the ministry of reconciliation- to inundate the nations with life of God. We are to be his witnesses. A witness is one who attests to the authenticity or existence of a thing.  Apostle Paul spoke saying that “When I was with you, I certainly gave you proof that I am an apostle. For I patiently did many signs and wonders and miracles among you.”  A witness is one who has proof of the existence of God and his great power. They are signs that accompany the followers of Christ. These are the things Luke was bringing to Theophilus attention

As we approach Pentecost in this season, God is calling his Theophilus to wake up. It is time to return back to the secret place you excellent ones. Luke addressed the Theophilus company as ‘most excellent ones’. Most excellent one speaks of nobility, those who exude the beauty of God’s holiness as a result of their intimate relationship with the Most High. There is a divine endowment upon the Theophilus that empowers them to bear witness of the resurrection and of the many miracles of Jesus.  Christ is our model,  our lives must be fashioned  after his – we follow in his footsteps. Jesus was mighty in deeds and so we must give expressions to his power.

“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

Acts 1:8

Power in the above scripture is the Greek word DUNAMIS which means capability, might, strength. Power is the force or ability to do something or act in a certain way. There are Satanic powers but that is not our interest here. Power is inherent in us because we have the nature of God within us. The force of righteousness, the power of resurrection dwells in us and this why we can overcome sinful habits, sicknesses and demonic oppression. We can release the supernatural abilities of God in us and through this divine force, we exercise influence and ruler-ship  over Satanic powers and super imposed the spiritual over the natural.

Luke was speaking to the Theophilus company (you and I) saying “hey guys, you are about to receive the greatest power ever! This power will be ushered in by the Holy Ghost and when this power takes root in your life, you will become witnesses of this power.”  DUNAMIS will literarily suspend the natural laws, reverse diseases and dismantle strongholds. God is revisiting the earth with this power again. The fire of Pentecost is falling down upon the earth and the Theophilus Company must wait upon the Lord desiring the later rain, and building synergy. The Theophilus company must seek the Lord through his word because DUNAMIS is the energy and force of God conveyed through the word. There is a divine summoning and it requires our obedient responds.

Awake, awake! Put on your strength, O Zion; Put on your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city! For the uncircumcised and the unclean Shall no longer come to you. Shake yourself from the dust, arise; Sit down, O Jerusalem! Loose yourself from the bonds of your neck, O captive daughter of Zion!

Isaiah 52:1-2

God is calling us to life in the spirit- submitting to the leadership of the Holy Spirit and drawing strength to live a victorious life. Dust is what the serpent feeds on, Dust represents carnality; living in opposition to the will of God. This is your season of deliverance because the word of the Lord has gone forth. Power is made available to break free from satanic chains, from negative emotions and from addictions.

“Put on your beautiful garments” because the gates to your natural senses are being suspended and new gates to the realm of the supernatural are being opened. Revelation, insight will come as you shake off the dust and as you put on your holy garments, the heavens will open you up to a season of the miraculous.

God, this is the disposition of our hearts, that you will stretch out your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders . That you set our hearts aflame once again causing us to be flexible and responsive to your demand for us in this season in Jesus name

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Jeremiah 29:11

Last week I ended my article on birthing your divine purpose by saying that ”As Christians birthing your divine purpose means reclaiming God’s original intention for creating humanity which is conformity to the image of Christ-Finding your true and authentic self. Your true life is hid in Christ with God” This is true, because when we understand purpose we are better equipped to fight strategically. Our battle is not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers. Principalities define culture; develop philosophies and standards for living. We wrestle with this opposing culture that seeks to elevate mankind above God. Birthing is the process of delivering a child with the assistance of a Mid-Wife. We birth through prayer and intercession; we birth through meditation in the word.

My little children, for whom I labor in birth again until Christ is formed in you.

Galatians 4:19

Here, Apostle Paul was teaching us about the purpose of prayer. Prayer is to birth Christ in us. When you got saved, a divine seed was injected into your spiritual womb and the responsibility to nurture and grow it was handed over to you. The real, authentic you is not what you see while looking at the mirror, your true life is hid in Christ with God according to Colossians 3:3. We have been called into a life-long adventure of discovery. There is a fierce battle over your life. Satan is actively working to frustrate your progress and advancement towards becoming like Christ. We must not be unaware of his tactics.  He wields such tremendous power and influence that an angel from his kingdom withstood the angel of the Lord for twenty one days, disallowing him from delivering a message to Daniel. We must not underestimate satanic powers. Jesus knew this fact all too well that was why he depended on God for every step he took. He did nothing without the leadership of the Father.

Who, in the days of His flesh, when He had offered up prayers and supplications, with vehement cries and tears to Him who was able to save Him from death, and was heard because of His godly fear.

Hebrews 5:7

This was why he could go through the cross. He knew that it is not within the ability of man to direct his own course. God holds the supreme authority to change and transform us. The essence of the grace is that it enables s to deny ungodliness and worldly lust, thus, empowering us to live lives that glorify the Father. To birth effectively, we need the Holy Spirit. He is our teacher and guide to navigating the path of righteousness. By ourselves, we achieve nothing; only through our honest submission to the governing influence of the Spirit can we make advance on our journey towards sonship.

It is the effectual, sustained prayers that make tremendous power available to us. It dispels darkness, deal with negative motives and intentions. When we engage in prayer, the Holy Ghost who is the mid-wife begins to shed light upon our blindness, bringing the spirit of revelation and increasing faith. Discernment is heightened and we acquire sound judgment. When we pray, revival breaks out, global awakening is ushered. Hatred against God is dealt with and people begin to love God and respond to him. Personal agendas are thrown away and God visits individuals, families, churches and nations with mercy.

Great liberties take place, the miraculous breaks forth, human personalities are overshadowed. God is seeking for lovers of his face, for thirsty hearts and consecrated vessels. He wants to pour Himself into human vessels anticipating his coming. For out of us shall flow rivers of living waters. Like the homecoming of the sea turtle, we must desire the invisible but irresistible pull to the place of oneness with Yeshua. It is time to enter our closet and be alone with the king of our hearts to experience the pleasures of his right hand and the unspeakable joy that comes from his presence.

Prayer is the place of dying, is the birthing room of holy things, it is where we receive strength to lay hold on eternal life and it Is the birthplace of intimacy. In prayer we get lost in the divine romance; in his awesome presence, we become unafraid of our vulnerability, we exchange our weaknesses for his ability; we can pour and bear our hearts to him, confess our fears, our failures, and our dissatisfaction to him.

Have you been struggling lately? Is your world crumbling? Have you been told by your doctors that “it is over” Are you experiencing the pull of sin? Is it becoming increasingly difficult to study the bible? Run to Him; entreat his favour and do not hold back those precious tears from your beloved. Job made this declaration

“I know that You can do everything, And that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You.

Job 42:2

The prayer of the righteous is a delight to God. He specializes in easing our burdens. God is pouring out the spirit of grace and supplication. He is re enacting the Pentecost and baptizing his holy ones with fire again. He wants to strip you of the filthy garment of shame. There is coming upon you tremendous release of power and authority to make giant strides. You are in the season of open heaven, access is given. Come into alignment with his divine will. God wants to purge you and make you a ruler in the spirit.

See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, To root out and to pull down, To destroy and to throw down, To build and to plant.”

Jeremiah 1:10

Prayer enables us to fight the good fight of faith, It helps retain truth in our heart and it fosters intimacy with God. When we retain truth within, we are able to internalize the word through meditation. Prayer breathes fearlessness, making us bold and courageous. Prayer releases the power of God,

God has a pre-determinate purpose for creating the human race. This plan is ancient and stretches beyond a particular group of people called Christians. This is God’s foreordained or prescribed lifestyle for humans. God has a global plan for all of humanity. When he said “let us make Man in our image and likeness” He was referring to the entire human race. Everyone born to this world has a divine content.  Ecclesiastes  3:11 states “he has put eternity in their hearts” in reference to humanity.  God has the ability and infinite power to bring his counsel to pass. In his love, he had foreordained that humanity become a reflection of Christ.

Like I said in my previous article on OUR DOMINION MANDATE; Image as written in Genesis 1:26 speaks of the divine nature, the DNA of God being weaved into the fabric of human spirit and enabling our souls to bear divine fruits or Christ likeness. God’s DNA produces godlikeness.

According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will.

Ephesians 1:4-5

God pre-determined in his loving purpose for humanity that we should be holy and faultless. He decided ahead of time to adopt us into the Godhead by making us sons and daughters. When he created Adam and Eve, he empowered them to rule and dominate the earth. Mankind was supposed to learn of God and acquire more of his divine nature by eating of the tree of life, the garden was meant to be humanity’s university to learn and grow in divinity. But Mankind ( Adam and Eve) failed and brought a curse upon the  human race. A negative law become operational in the human soul called the law of sin and dead. This law operates whether you believe in it or not. The sin nature produces sin without your permission.

And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.   ¶ And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, where art thou? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.  ¶ and he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?  And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.  And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

Genesis 3:8-13

Adam and Eve were in a state of innocence; God’s glory was their covering. They had open access to heaven; they could have conversations with God freely.  Sadly, their transgression brought about separation between them and God and consequently with mankind. The Father came down to have his usual conversation with Adam and called out to him but Adam was afraid, ashamed and hiding from God’s presence that was once his delight. “Have you eaten of the tree I commanded you not to eat from?”  Adam responded in a way that shook the angelic host

“God it is your fault, the wife you gave to me caused me to disobey you; I would never have eaten from that tree if not for you”.

“Eve, what have done?”  God inquired.

Eve responded, also by shifting responsibility and blaming the serpent.

“ it is the serpent that you created God! It was not my fault

This was the origin of fear, shame, guilt, depression and all forms emotional disorder.

The fall of Adam and Eve was the fall of humanity. We became fragmented, that light that accompanied everyone coming to this world as stated in John 1:9 was switched off. We lost our compass for true life. We began to seek for relevance and significance from the external world. The journey away from God started and as the human soul traveled further away from God (its true source and origin) it began to acquire the nature of the earthly. As humans, we got locked up to the physical dimension- our perception limited to our five senses and incapable of discerning spiritual realities. The physical has shaped us; we draw our inferences from what we can see. Who we are, our identity is drawn from the car we drive, our family background, schools we attend etc. The media shapes our perception of reality as it defines for us an ideal man and woman. These perceived definitions become our standard for self-judgment.. Pretense, falsehood, manipulation all stem from this stream. Thank God who is rich in mercy has chosen in his benevolence and love to save humanity by sending his only Son to save us.

For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.  For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die.  But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.  Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.  For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.

Romans 5:6-10

Sin entered the world through one man- Adam and righteousness came into the lost world through Christ- the last Adam who is also a life giving spirit. Jesus is the author of humanity’s salvation. He came into this world to redeem humanity from the tyranny of sin and to deliver us from the sentence of death that was ushered in by Adam. So, technically, the entire human race is delivered from the power of sin. All that is required is for each individual to acknowledge Jesus’ sacrifice and recognize that apart from him, a person is incapable of overcoming the sin nature resident in the human nature. But when a person accepts Jesus Savior and Lord over his life, he or she receives the divine empowerment to triumph over the earthly.

As Christians, birthing your divine purpose means reclaiming God’s original intention for creating humanity which is conformity to the image of Christ which is finding your true and authentic self because your true life is hid in Christ in God.

Our Dominion Mandate

Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.” So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. And God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the air and over every living thing that moves upon the earth.”

Genesis 1:26-28

God created Man (all of humanity, male and female) in his own image and likeness. This means that the Almighty decided in his love and wisdom to share his DNA with humanity thus making us sharers of his divine nature and carriers of his glory. Image speaks of God’s divine nature. Nature is the basic inherent traits of a person- his essence. For example, it is in the nature of a dog to bark. Likeness speaks of resemblance.  Sharing God’s divine nature/DNA empowers us to produce divine likeness- character.

God blessed Adam and Eve and commanded them to be fruitful, to multiply and dominate the earth. The word Dominion is Radah in Hebrew and it means to reign, prevail against, to rule; to subjugate and to tread down. The question then is, what are we meant to subjugate? Fellow humans? Certainly not!, we have been called to rule and subjugate our carnal/sin nature in our souls and also exercise dominion over governmental structures of principalities and powers of darkness. We are to establish the authority and the rule of Christ. For the whole earth shall be full of God’s glory as the water covers the sea and we are the agency for the accomplishment of this dominion mandate.

Fruitfulness is the byproduct of image. God created us to share in his divine nature and this divine nature enable us to produce divine character- Christ likeness. Fruitfulness means spiritual growth and development of God’s character. When we align with his divine purpose then we become fruitful. We are on a journey as Christians and the endpoint of our journey is conformity to the image and likeness of Christ- Christ likeness. Distance in the spirit is covered through obedience; maturity is when we give up our own desires for the will of God.

The whole essence of our Christian life is to contend with our carnal desires of the flesh and subdue them; it is for the divine life to find expression in our humanity. Dominion is when we are able to subjugate our desires for revenge, our propensity towards bitterness, jealousy etc and instead allowing virtues like, mercy; forgiveness and unconditional love have preeminence. So, when God said in Genesis that we are to walk in dominion, he was in essence saying, shed off the carnal nature and create space for the divine life to blossom.

For You formed my inward parts; you covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are your works, And that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them. How precious also are your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them

Psalm 139:13-17

True meaning and significance is only found in him. You were created for much more, you were created for beauty, your true life is hid in Christ, Take the hand of YESHUA and let him lead you into this lifelong adventure to explore dimensions in him and to reveal your authentic self to you.

Season of Awakening II

Our physical world is undergoing unprecedented and radical changes; these changes are indicative of the revolution taking place in the spirit realm. The coming shaking of God will tear down human traditions; dismantle falsehood and the gospel that seeks to elevate man above God.

Israel empties his vine; He brings forth fruit for himself. According to the multitude of his fruit He has increased the altars; According to the bounty of his land They have embellished his sacred pillars.

Hosea 10:1

God blessed and prospered Israel but she lifted up her heart against him. She erected altars to false gods and became rebellious. Just as it was true of the Israel of old, the same is true today of the spiritual Israel- the Church of Christ. Our hearts are divided, glory has departed. Our hearts have become cold and unresponsive to God. Our love for God has plummeted.

The spiritual environment we have cultivated is only able to attract seducing spirits, false doctrines. We have become lovers of pleasure.  Galatians 6 clearly tells us that a person will reap what he or she sows. What have you been investing in?  This will also determine what you reap.

Sow for yourselves righteousness; Reap in mercy; Break up your fallow ground, For it is time to seek the LORD, Till he comes and rains righteousness on you.

Hosea 10:12

We were created to bring pleasure to God. To be his face and to reflect him in every area of our lives. Our ultimate call is union and oneness with him. Certainly, there is no higher calling, and there is nothing more beautiful and loftier than our call to intimacy with the King of the universe. Because of God’s great love for humanity, he will stop at nothing until he decks us with glory. The Father has predetermined that his glory will be the covering for mankind. He is the Father of glory and he wants to adorn us with glory. Glory speaks of the very essence of God- his divine nature. We are called to reveal externally the nature of God. But he will first of all purify us and rid us of all our impurities.

That is the reason for this shaking. God Himself is shaking the nations, he is the one stirring the sea so that the hearts of the nations will return back to him.

There is a whirlwind coming, it is the tsunami of the spirit, it will swallow up everything that opposes God. God has sworn that his glory will cover the earth as the water covers the sea and there is no stopping him. Glory speaks of the weightiness of God (doxa), speaks of the nature and character of God, the very essence of his being. God is raising men and women as human vehicles who would serve as earthly containers to carry his glory. That is, men and women who talk and look like him in all they do. The glory generation is the generation of intercessors, a forceful, militant and relentless people who would push backward the gates of hell and the Satanic covering over the nations through the power of intercession. They are uncompromising; they are resolute with unbendable character.

There is a mighty move of the spirit coming, an awakening is about to sweep the nations and hell is about to be depopulated. Power is being released from on high in this season to push back the governmental structures of the kingdom of darkness so that the true and authentic reign of Christ can be established. However, for sin to be judged and for righteousness to reign, we need the outpouring of God’s mercy. And mercy will flow as we break our fallow grounds. Fallow grounds speak of the sin nature in our soul, jealousy, envy, doubt, unbelief, UN-forgiveness, offense, bitterness etc. These are some of the fortresses that do not allow for the seed of the Word to take root in our hearts. Without the dismantling of these things we may never experience true intimacy with the Father. Truly, there is the promise of the spirit but God is seeking for radical enforcers of this. Seekers of mercy, who will not give the Lord rest, must arise in this season. Righteousness must become the foundation of the nations.

God wants to judge iniquity but he does not do this based on the prevalence of sin in the earth or the absence of it. The measuring gauge for God’s judgment is the church. When the church aligns with the divine will and purpose then God will visit the earth. Judgment here does not necessarily refer to calamity but of God taking radical actions to bring the nations to repentance. If we lift up the Lord based on the quality of our life style, God is obliged to compel all men to turn to him. Our desire is to see the church depart, turn away from the worldly operations and return back to the original pattern- ancient pathways.

As the body of Christ make room for the son of God to fully occupy his rightful place in every sphere of its endeavor, then mercy will rain from heaven and we will see Satanic structures of principalities and power break free over cities and nations.

May we receive grace to break our fallow grounds, to lay aside every weight and sin issues. May we be the generation that seek your face oh God of Jacob!

Purify our hearts, help us to turn away from the love of the world and all the lust therein, cause us to burn only for you. All of you seeking for the consolation of Israel arise and take up the torch of the spirit and cry on the walls of Jerusalem for heaven must yet again kiss the earth. Your will be done o Lord, your kingdom come. Make the earth a replica of heaven in Jesus name. You are king over the nations, rule o Lord!

All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations shall worship before you. For the kingdom is the LORD’S, And He rules over the nations. All the prosperous of the earth shall eat and worship; all those who go down to the dust shall bow before Him, Even he who cannot keep himself alive. A posterity shall serve Him. It will be recounted of the Lord to the next generation, they will come and declare His righteousness to a people who will be born, That He has done this.

Psalms 22:27-31

Season of Awakening (1)

“I saw in my vision by night, and behold, the four winds of heaven were stirring up the great sea.

Daniel 7:2

We are living in the last days, the time of intense darkness.

The Bible speaks of calamities of varying degrees that will take place in the last days. Pestilences breaking forth are indicative of the end of age. Corona virus is ravaging the soul of the nations; there is panic and fear everywhere, world biggest economies are in the doldrums; people all over the world are seeking to make sense of this pandemic.

What could God be saying to us? Why did he permit it?

A peep into the book of Daniel chapter seven gives us a glimpse into the will of God.

Daniel had a troubling vision of the night in which he saw the four winds of heaven stirring up the great sea.  These winds are from heaven suggesting that they are from God. Wind is usually used to represent the power of God and the Sea representing humanity. This chapter of Daniel tells the story of the downfall of great empires. The end of the world system and its governing principles is near. The Most High is the one empowering the Beast to pour out its fury and venom because he is about to judge the wickedness of world powers. While the little horns are speaking proudly against God and making war against the saints, the Sovereign King is working tirelessly behind the scene to establish the dominion of his kingdom.

“The beast being slain”– speaks of the destruction of the authority of the beast. The Ancient of days has taken his seat in the courts of heaven.

But the court shall sit in judgment, and his dominion shall be taken away, to be consumed and destroyed to the end.

And the kingdom and the dominion and the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High; their kingdom shall be an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey them.

Daniel 7:26 & 27

A mighty storm is gathering, something glorious, something magnificent and powerful is about to hit the earth. An army of warriors is emerging, a fierce and dangerous people; a militant company of faithful saints is rising, having only one goal  to destroy and  dismantle the works of darkness, Indeed we are living in the last  days, the day of ultimate confrontation between good and evil, the day of gross darkness and yet a day of bright light.

We have come to an epoch time in the divine calendar. Satan, the adversary of the righteous is bent on destroying everything God: his intent is to steal, kill and destroy. There is an epic battle brewing but the Sovereign Ruler has declared the verdict ahead and he is calling out to his holy ones; Sons and daughters of light to arise.

This is the hour of your beautification; the season of your adorning is here, you Knights of the cross. You who love his appearing break into laughter. The Lord’s right hand is lifted up and he will do valiantly.

You who seek his coming do not give up now, brace up yourselves; do not say anymore that the Harvest is four months, look! The fields are white. God is showcasing his sons and daughters- Men and Women of might, nobility and convictions; men and women who epitomize the kingdom.

They will give face to Jesus; these ones will point to him.

Their drive, passion and disposition is to do the will of God.  The King has made a decree and so shall it be establish.

Now is the season of the emergence of the glorious church, a church without blemish and without wrinkle. A Church of absolute faith in God’s ability to save; indeed divinity is finding expression in humanity.

Welcome to the church of the first born.

Please like, share and leave a comment if this has blessed you.
